Video Training
The International School of Ministry training program (ISOM) is a church-based video training program. It was developed to assist pastors as they disciple and equip Christians to be laborers in the harvest. The 160 lessons included in the curriculum have the potential to bring great blessing and growth in your church and transform the lives of those you are training.
Notebooks
There is a notebook (total of 5) for every trimester. They consist the highlights from each lesson, questions for discusions and homework. The notebooks are available in English and Swahili.
The ISOM materials are available in many different languages. In Central and East Africa, there are schools studying in English, Swahili, French, and Portuguese. In many different places, in different cultures, in cities and in villages, the many existing schools demonstrate the ongoing effectiveness of this ministry in discipling church leaders.
Course Aim
The objective of ISOM is to provide training and discipleship for leaders and all believers. ISOM is NOT a denomination. ISOM does NOT credential pastors nor guarantee pastoral appointment.
ISOM is only a discipleship tool to be used to further the Kingdom of God within each local church. ISOM encourages pastors to include their own teaching alongside, or in addition to the courses delivered via DVD or USB flash-disk.
