Sig and Joy are the founders of the ministry which started as Pamoja Ministries in Tanzania and is currently Kahawa Media in Kenya. Besides being part of the management team, Sig’s main contribution is media production for Christian ministry (discipling cultures through media). He has produced books for church leaders in East Africa, created an animation for children, a full-feature Swahili movie for youth, and a TV series for children. In addition, he is helping with packaging the ministry’s leadership literature as a mobile phone app for church leaders of many countries and languages.
Joy Feser

Mary is married to Joseph who is a carpenter. They live in Limuru, Kenya (not in Nazareth) where their son and daughter are in school. She is glad to work for Kahawa Media, because it has a very important role in the Kingdom and she knows most of the team from their time in Tanzania. Some people can find administrative work frustrating and dealing with documentation overwhelming, but she loves it. Apart from her job in Kahawa, she is the East African Regional Director of Vision International University and gladly serves as a deacon in her local church.
Kim Mills

Kimberly has been a missionary since 2009. She is an American who grew up in Madagascar and Kenya as the child of missionaries. Kim graduated from high school in Kenya with her future husband, Jacob. She currently conducts seminars for Sunday School Teachers and distributes Biblia katika Vitendo, and leads a weekly Kid's Club which she founded in 2018 with Sami and Nikki.
Preygod Moshi
Printshop Pamoja Ministries
Preygod has been working at Pamoja Ministries since 2014. His job is to run the printshop where Christian educational materials - brochures, books, and notebooks are printed. His mother named him Preygod because she wanted P (as his friends call him), to be a church servant. This fact gently impels him to put all his abilities into his tasks at the printshop. In his free time P performs as a DJ. Preygod's favorite foods are chapati and maharage (beans).

Real Life Stories
Kahawa Media has been blessed with a team of extremely creative people who generate ideas for new ministry products every week. Of course, we do not have the time, resources or people to start a new project every week, and so we ask:
- What’s the issue?
- What does the Bible say is the answer?
- Who’s the audience, and what do they like?
- Can we make something that will be relevant to the audience, and convey the Biblical answer to this issue?
- Can it be made affordably?
- If we made it, could we deploy it in an impactful way?
By answering these questions, we can quickly determine if an idea should go on the board for future consideration. With a lot of prayer, we then determine which new projects to undertake as existing projects move from creation into distribution.
In all of our media products, we strive to present the gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that is easily understood by the target audience. Our media products call people to take actions that will bring fruit in the kingdom of God. Evangelism tools invite non-Christians to accept Christ, discipleship tools encourage believers to grow, and missions tools equip churches to spread the good news to the ends of the earth.
Our History
Over the decades that this ministry has been active in East Africa, we have been called by several different names. Our current name, Kahawa Media, is only the most recent. Looking back at the different names that we’ve had, we can clearly see how God has blessed us at each stage, and how He has expanded our vision and increased the reach of the ministry.
